Mandy is a detail-oriented leader with visible achievements in creating and implementing management systems within the construction industry of Alberta. Mandy’s experience in the construction and energy industries include performing a variety of roles in project controls, coordination, project management and corporate management.

Mandy has leveraged her skill set throughout her career and been successful in managing multiple structural, architectural and miscellaneous projects concurrently. These skills, paired with an innate ability to create and implement controls systems, enabled her to launch new divisions and strategically grow existing businesses, including creating business and management frameworks.
 

One of Mandy’s many accomplishments has been to create business relationship management systems with clients to effectively translate complex operational concepts into tangible action plans. This proven achievement displays her ability for understanding nuances of complex problems, critical thinking and team building. Mandy’s true calling has been on display in her capability as a leader. 

Mandy has multiple accreditations and achievements, including Civil Engineering Technologist, Construction Administration, and PMP (Project Management Professional).

In 2018, Mandy joined Connect Group as an advisor to the Executive Team. Since that time, she has joined the Executive Team in full capacity and is currently Operations Manager with CGI. In this role, she has made her mark in company operations, systems, client relations, quality control and EHS.
